We collect information from you, when you purchase something from our web shop, to be able to deliver the products to you and when you sign up for our newsletter. This information includes your e-mail, your name and address and your telephone number. We do not store credit card information.
In addition, we automatically receive information from your browser including your IP address. We use the collected data in case we need to contact you regarding your order, e.g. regarding defects, discontinued products or missing information.
We may also use the information to improve our website and customer service. In case personal data is collected by our website we ensure that it only happens if you express consent and agree that you are informed of exactly which information is collected and why. This consent is not given automatically when you make an order or sign up for our newsletter, but only by separate consent.


Data Protection
Information given to Krea Deluxe will not be forwarded or sold to a third party in any way and we do not register any sensitive personal information. Only employees assigned to perform certain tasks (e.g. invoicing, shipment or customer service) will have access to person identifiable information.
