NOTE You will receive the yarn key without a banner. The entire lot is the same lot no. If you buy several of these keys, you are still sure that they are from the same coloring.
The yarn is slightly darker than our normal off-white organic cotton color 01, and is therefore sold without a banderole. The quality is exactly the same as organic cotton, and reminds a little of the color of oatmeal.
Organic Cotton is our GOTS certified organic cotton yarn.
The raw cotton itself comes from South America, where it is possible to grow organic cotton due to the perfect combination of the warm climate, the fertile soil and natural rainfall. The cotton fields are located near springs from the mountains and nearby rivers. Here it is sown, grown and harvested without chemical pesticides and artificial fertilizers and with minimal irrigation. The natural growth creates longer cotton fibers and gives an incredibly soft quality yarn.
The yarn is spun, dyed and finished in Portugal, where our unique tone-on-tone colors are developed in collaboration with our skilled color master.
The cotton yarn has been developed with a particular focus on babies, children and allergy sufferers.
The yarn keeps its shape - even after many washes. It is therefore perfectly suited for clothes, toys, cloths and towels.
The cotton is 100% vegan without any animal products.
Krea Deluxe is GOTS certified and the yarn is produced under license no: 1117459
