Payment
Krea Deluxe accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mobilepay, PayPal, Mastercard and Maestro.
All amounts are in DKK, Danish kroner and include VAT Payment will of course only be debited from your account when the item is dispatched.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery to Denmark
ATTENTION: DUE TO SUMMER VACATION AND LOWER STAFFING THERE IS A LONGER DELIVERY TIME THAN NORMAL. EXPECT 2-8 DAY DELIVERY.
We endeavor that all orders placed before 11:00 will be dispatched from our warehouse the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 we will do everything we can to get it the same day and otherwise these will be sent the next day.
The shipping price depends on the size and weight of the package, and is paid by the customer unless otherwise stated. Krea Deluxe provides delivery with GLS and Postnord to the recipient on the date requested in the order. However, timely delivery requires that GLS and Postnord comply with day-to-day delivery. If there are delays at GLS and Postnord, this will correspondingly delay the delivery in relation to the desired delivery date. Krea Deluxe cannot be held responsible for delays with GLS and Postnord. In case of very late
(several days) or decidedly missed deliveries, we will of course send a new delivery free of charge.
Delivery to Bornholm and certain small islands is not covered by GLS and Postnord's goal of day-to-day delivery, as shipments to these areas can in some cases take 2 days. Krea Deluxe is always based on day-to-day delivery. As a sender, you may choose the delivery date one day earlier to compensate for this.
Have you ordered goods for collection in our store at Houmannsvej 4a 4690 Haslev, it can be picked up the same or following weekdays between 10.00 and 15.00. You will receive an email that your order has been dispatched from stock/ready for collection.

We offer free shipping to the GLS package shop for purchases of more than DKK 599. This only applies to purchases of physical goods that must be shipped and sent. Digital recipes are not included in the DKK 599.

Please note that you will be charged VAT/customs according to your country's rates for your order.
We offer shipping up to 2 kg. If your order exceeds 2 kg, we will contact you for another form of shipping via e-mail.
Right of complaint
Krea Deluxe provides a 2-year right of complaint in accordance with the Sales Act, covering manufacturing and material defects that are detected during normal use of the product. The right of complaint does not cover errors, damage or wear and tear, directly or
indirectly arising as a result of incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized interventions. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time, which is 2 months after the error or deficiency has been established. Complaints about faults and defects which should be discovered by usual examination of the goods must be notified to Krea Deluxe within a reasonable time. The item can subsequently be returned for repair, exchange or, by agreement, if necessary.
crediting. In connection with complaint cases, Krea Deluxe bears return costs to a reasonable extent.
Right of withdrawal
There is a 100-day right of return on the goods, calculated from the day they are received. If you choose to cancel a purchase, you must
simply return the item in substantially the same condition and quantity as you received it. When the item has been received back and
approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days. You must bear the costs of return yourself.
Cancellations must be reported to us no later than 100 days after the purchase, and from the cancellation you must return them no later than 100 days after
the shipment.
The notice must be given by mail at info@kreadeluxe.com. In the notice, you must make it clear to us that
you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
E-recipes and virtual products cannot be returned or refunded.
GIFTS WITH PURCHASE
If you have received a gift with your purchase, you will receive the gift with your order.
If you return your order or parts thereof, the gift must also be returned.
This applies if the total amount remaining on the order for non-returned items falls below the amount limit that was set to receive the gift.

Goods are also returned to this address - please note that we do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery.
Returns can also be made by refusing receipt. It is not a requirement, but the expedition is promoted if adequate information accompanies the package - e.g. copy of order confirmation, registration number and account number for bank account to which reimbursement can take place, copy of any prior correspondence etc.
Refund
In the case of agreed decorations, returned goods or prepaid goods that are canceled before dispatch, a full or partial refund of the purchase price must be made. Refunds are normally always made by bank transfer, and Krea Deluxe therefore needs information about the registration number and account number for your bank account. This information is not sensitive and can be disclosed without further ado. e-mail or other traditional form of correspondence.
The condition of the item when you send it back You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature of the item, its properties and the way it functions. If the item has been used in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value. In order to receive the full purchase amount back, you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store without actually using it.
