The Fröbel star, as the classic braided star is called, originates from Germany but is a classic when it comes to Christmas decorations in Denmark. 

This edition is our take on a crocheted version of the classic braided paper star. It will decorate beautifully on the Christmas tree and on branches, where the glitter twine will sparkle among string lights and Christmas balls. 



TARGET The star is approx. 7.5cm x 7.5cm x 3.5cm.

YOU MUST USE IT
Shiny mica yarn from Krea Deluxe: approx. 15 g per star
Cotton wool: approx. 2-3 g per star
Leather cord: 1-2 mm thick, 25 cm long
Guidance crochet hook No. 2.25
Needle without tip for mounting
Scissors



TIP: The stars can also be crocheted in both cotton and wool yarn. Just make sure the crochet hook and yarn match.
